    GONG XI FA CHAI

GONG XI FA CHAI 2558 !!!

Start from today, it's pig year. For anyone that had no idea what pig year is, it's a chinese year based on 12 animals. And this year is the piggy's turn :D

Actually I should have yum cha for lunch today in Melbourne. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it because "time restriction". Anyhow, I ended to be working on Chinese New Year. Yup, ladies and gents. I worked for tonight. And, I was alone (as in no one accompany me but the boss). What make worse, everyone seemed to have an agreement to spend the night of Chinese New Year at Ming Terrace. Thus, I ran. Well after awhile, it was fun so I'm not complaining. The fun part was, everyone finish at 10.30pm. Nice!! :))

Anyway, we had supper. A feast I think. We had abalon, prawn, seaweed salad, BBQ pork and oyster with mushroom. Great meal!!! I enjoyed every single bite. I think missing yum cha is not a bad thing after all.....

PS: I got red pocket (lai lai si si or angpau) from my boss, too.

We had 'first dinner' at Rimini (next to Home House). Its an Italian restaurant. I had spaghetti bolognise.. huge portion so i couldnt finish it (though im hungry).

Well, get back to the new students. Taizoon is a postgrad student, hoping to be enrolled in master of environment. Rutenbo is going to get commerce and Gan robotic engineering. not much i can tell bout them yet. Why?? cause i didnt have a lot of chance to talk with them really, especially with Gan. 2 December 2006 - 30 January 2007

Hi everybody!!! it's me again. Finaly I have the time to write again.

So, what've I been doing for almost 2 months???? Everybody, I'm working!!! Working almost everyday. Luckily, I had a 5-day-off for Christmas so everything a bit relax. Especially after my devastating result.

For Christmas, I went to Melbourne and went to Lake Entrances. Nice place. Like it. Hope I can visit again. Probably when I have my own car. hehehe... Btw, did u know that I was finally able to see snow??? Yes, ladies and gentlemen. Christmas morning was White Christmas. So this is the story about "White Christmas in Melbourne: Behind the scene". It was heavily hailling on the 24th nite (Christmas Eve). The wind was blowing like a storm. The next morning, it was very cold. I checked and apparently few snow had been created with the hail. It was fun. We were driving along the street and saw a bunch of people playing with the snow. It was like magic. I thought I wil never see snow. Thanks Santa!!!

Okay fast forward to new year's eve. It was busy!!! I was working. We had to have 2 sittings since many people booked Ming Terrace. I started at 4 and finished at 1.30 or 2 am. And I had to work in the next day as well. Since then I had to work almost every day. Wuihhhh... what a month..

Even on my birthday (January 13th), I had to work. Why?? Cos it's Saturday and Saturday is the busiest day of the week. But before work, Priscilla, Christine and me went to 'the chocolate room' in Geelong. Thanks guyz!! It was lovely. The place was awesome. It was like a chocolate cafe. I had an affrogato (vanilla ice cream and a delicious warm chocolate.... yummy) and Priscilla ordered chocolate fondue (with banana and strawberry) and chocolate mouse (which taste like a chocolate cake and sooooooo yummmy). It was deliciously fun. Then, on the 14th nite (after work), Melissa treat me a blueberry cheesecake (nice but I still prefer the chocolate room heuheuehuehuehu). Thanks to Melissa for the cake.

Skip the time frame a bit. I couldnt remember when but my laptop decided to shut down. AGAIN!!! Sooo.... I looked for a new one. And I found it after A WEEK without any laptop and internet. So... I'm using a new laptop right now. Nice :))

So, basically that what I have done during the time.
